PICK UP IN 4 EASY STEPS
1. THE ACQUISITION AND INSPECTION
Once a line of communication is established a representative from Rely will come out to your home to view the items you have; a minimum buy price is set for each item we obtain on consignment.
2. CONFIRMATION OF ITEMS RECEIVED
The representative will provide you with a form which clearly, and in full legibility describes and list each item the representative is receiving on the pickup date. Some items may require proof of purchase before we take them to auction. Other items may require extra paperwork depending on face value.
3. AUCTION DATE
We set the date for the auction. You will receive three different notifications prior to the auction date, (a week prior, 72 hours prior, and the day of) you will be able to attend the auction virtually, physical admittance is for buyers only. The same anonymity and privacy we provide to you is the same provided to our buyers.
4. PAY OUT
Payments are made in the form of check; cash payments are only accessible when the item(s) are sold at a sum value that does not exceed $2,500 even. Anything unsold will be paid out in the value agreed upon on pickup date.
